My name is Taneisha aka T.

I’m passionate about empowering others on their health journeys. Growing up, I faced a constant battle with food—oscillating between not eating enough and overeating, all while trying countless diets. As the "bigger girl" in school, I experienced firsthand how weight can affect health and self-esteem. After being diagnosed with high blood pressure in high school, I realized that my struggles were impacting my well-being.

After graduating college, I embarked on my first weight loss journey, losing 75 pounds in just 18 weeks through a commitment to exercise and nutrition. However, like many, I faced setbacks during the pandemic. Now, I’m excited to share that I’m on my second journey, down 40 pounds and more determined than ever.
